About Arch Resources' Wellness Program
To maintain $0 contributions towards your medical coverage in 2025, employees and their covered spouse are required to participate in the Arch Resources wellness program. If you and/or your spouse fail to participate, the cost of the incentive(s) will be deducted from your pay and applied towards your 2025 medical coverage contributions. To receive these incentives beginning January 1, 2025, you must act before August 31, 2024.
An employee and his/her spouse can each earn the credits for 2025 by completing the following requirements:
Participate in a biometric screening offered at the worksite, through their physician or with a voucher between September 1, 2023, and August 31, 2024.
Attend a biometric screening onsite:
Leer - June 6 | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Leer - June 7 | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Leer South - August 12 | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Leer South - August 13 | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Leer South - August 14 | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Obtain a preventive exam from their physician between September 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024 (telemedicine checks will qualify if coded by the physician as preventive).

All employees hired after January 1, 2024, and their spouses will receive both 2025 credits for their first year.
